what i bought this weekend...

Photobucket
Photobucket
1. navy sequin jacket from Topshop for uniform
2. vintage round sunglasses bought on eBay

im loving this jacket, cant believe we actually got something good in our branch for once!everything i ever want for uniform is always on the website so as soon as i saw this yesterday i grabbed it and ran to the till.
the sunglasses are more of a success than the last ones i bought in the fact that they actually fit my large head, im still unsure about them though so i might be popping them up on eBay this week as well. finding the perfect pair of sunglasses for this summer is proving harder than i thought!

today the plan is to continue stripping my room down, sorting and packing for my father coming over next week, he is going to have kittens when he sees how much clothes and shoes i have!
for now though, im tempted to go buy some hair dye, i have the strange urge to go a light brown colour which i've never done simply dark hair has always been something i can hide behind, a shield between me and the rest of the world. i'll let you know how it goes if i don't chicken out!

heck i can't even handle thinking about having to strip my room...i have to somehow manage to get home with a mere 35kilos...it's not happening. :/

awk yeh i do miss home so much...but just can't believe my year abroad is ending!! though i'm beginning to allow myself to be convinced to do my masters over here in a few years time, which would be so great.

xx

ps: so jealous you live in ballycastle, SUCH a beautiful wee place. i'm from newcastle...definitely miss the sea and mountains most of all!!

Glasses are great! I found a similar pair the other morning but they were, like you, too small for my face. Sigh. They were $3 !!

Wonderful! Both the jacket and the sunglasses! I want to dye my hair too:) It's always so much fun to change hair colour, usually I do it in summer!

honestly speaking, i wouldn't have dare to dye my own hair, i think i would make a mess out of it.

i'm imagining your boxes and boxes of clothings to be shipped...

the sunnies even have uv protection. very practical indeed...

The sequins jacket is stunning!
Is it heavy to wear??
They seem to be like gold dust/ super hard to get hold of.

I like the sun glasses, the jacket is nice as well, but I've oddly got out of liking sequins. Even though I know have a full length sequin dress and skirt, which I haven't got round to wearing! The rest of my closet is thoroughly out worn that I think I need new clothes!

That sequinned blazer is awesome! I tend to get so overwhelmed in the London Oxford St. Topshop I never end up finding the good stuff, so it can have its advantages working in a smaller one (though I bet it's frustrating to not get everything in). The shades are pretty cool as well.

Hey Elisabeth. Thanks so much for recommending that personal shopper for me, she has been a huge help!
I don't suppose you know anyone who offers the same service but with american sites?
Im trying to order some shoes from the american urban outfitters website but they won't accept my card!

Thanks again for the recommendation
